A Testimonial about the I Can Coin:

.

The "I Can" Coin-- My sister was diagnosed with brain cancer in October 2009.  This diagnosis led to a long journey for her and for those around her.  It was during this time that Linda gave the "I Can" coin to my sister, me, and my other family members.

For me, having the coin was like having a constant inspirational reminder with me at all times.  When I reached into my pocket and felt the coin I found it to be comforting and reassuring. It was like having a small bit of peace in my pocket during a time that was heart-wrenching, highly emotional, and anything but peaceful.

That coin is a precious gift whether one is facing difficult health issues or any other challenge that life can dish out. I am glad to have my coin! ~Wendy R, Ohio

Tthese coins make great gifts for those going through grief, pain, and hard times.

"I Can" Coin Customer Testimonials

I bought the coins (about five of them altogether) because I felt they were very inspirational.  My Daughter was getting ready to go to college last year so I gave one to her to put on her desk. I told her that each time she felt discouraged or overwhelmed, she should read the coin, then hold it close as a reminder that the world is just as much hers as it is anyone else's and that she could do whatever she set her mind to. We all get discouraged from time to time, that's life, and sometimes we just need a little "pick-me-up" from something or someone who believes in us. Your coin reminds people that we can; "Receive, Laugh, Create, Love, Learn, Endure, Forgive, Grieve, Trust, Heal, Let Go and Feel". It is just a Wonderful and Inspirational piece of encouragement that you can carry anywhere, and call upon whenever necessary!

Thank you for sharing your story and thank you for forging such a wonderful treasure of encouragement. ~ Margaret P., Denver

Three weeks ago today I had my left hip joint replaced.  The day after surgery I was lying in bed feeling sorry for myself what with all the hurting, tubes, oxygen, catheter and all the paraphernalia associated with major surgery.  Suddenly I had the image of the "I Can" coin on my desk at home that my wife had given me for Christmas.   I thought d%$## right I can.  I started doing the bed exercises recommended for recovery several times per day.  I was dismissed and less than a week later I stopped using my walker and got around with a cane.  A week ago Sunday I stopped taking the narcotic pain pills and have only taken a couple of Tylenols for pain since.  I continue to exercise and go walking outside.  Two days ago I was using power tools in my basement work shop.  This morning I fixed breakfast for my wife and I and didn't touch the cane as I moved around the kitchen.

As I write this I can see the "I Can" coin gleaming on my desk and my answer is YES I CAN! Thank You Linda!!!!

Linda's "I Can" coins are extremely inspirational and affirming!  ~ Ken Pearce, Colorado
